What if I don't happy with the result?
First of all, customer service is our first priority, and before you receive the illustration at your home, you receive an SMS for your approval of the illustration, and only after your approval do we start printing the image and sending it to you.

The time for preparing the illustration is between 1-3 business days. After the illustration is ready, we send you the illustration to get your confirmation that the illustration is suitable for you.
After this, the complete final product, including printing, will reach you within 3-11 days.

Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?
At our company we wait for the final approval of the client and only after that our professional painters start working
What if I’m not 100% happy with the portrait?
Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the important details of the person and are always ready to make changes until you are happy with your final print.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
