Choosing an image for an illustration is a much simpler process than you thought! Try to choose a clear image, so that our illustrators can produce the maximum accuracy. Our illustrations are made by a professional team by hand. The better the image will be and meet the requirements, the more successful and impressive the result will be. If a situation arises where the image cannot be illustrated, we will contact you and ask for another image.
- Selfie photo or close-up photo (from the waist up)
- A non-blurred image, a sharp and clear image should be used
- A photo that was not taken in the dark or with a dark shadow on the face
What if I don't happy with the result?
First of all, customer service is our first priority, and before you receive the illustration at your home, you receive an SMS for your approval of the illustration, and only after your approval do we start printing the image and sending it to you.

The time for preparing the illustration is between 1-3 business days. After the illustration is ready, we send you the illustration to get your confirmation that the illustration is suitable for you.
After this, the complete final product, including printing, will reach you within 3-11 days.

When I want to include more than one character, do I need to have everyone in the same image?
No, we prefer that you send each person a separate picture. If there is no such option, you can send all of them in one picture
Will I be charged for changes to my order after it's been made?
At our company we wait for the final approval of the client and only after that our professional painters start working
What if I’m not 100% happy with the portrait?
Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the important details of the person and are always ready to make changes until you are happy with your final print.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I send in more than one photo?
Of course you can, the more details we see as a person the better the final design will be.
